The project is situated on the main Adyala road adjacent to Bahria town phase 8 extension between Khasala Dam and Jawa Dam. It is connected to the M2 motorway and, New Islamabad International Airport. It takes a 20-minute drive from Rawalpindi Saddar to the RUDN enclave via Adyala road. It’s a 35-minute drive from Rawat to the RUDN site via Chakbeli Road.

The two major natural water sources Khasala dam and Jawa dam are located on the left and right sides of the project. These water bodies will be more beneficial for underground water levels for the surroundings.

RING ROAD:

LEGAL STATUS OF RUDN ENCLAVE:

RUDN Enclave has requested the no-objection certificate from the concerned department that is Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA).The company has completed all formalities and submitted documents to RDA. As per the administration of RUDN, they are expecting NOC very soon.
